If you have downloaded the update and are not able to see it, it may be moving off of your screen.  Please click on the taskbar option for the update like, "hammertap bidderblock...." and then hold down your ALT key and push the space bar on your keyboard.  This will bring up an option that you might not see either, but push the X key on your keyboard.  Then you should see the update window.  If you still can't see it, please contact technical support by emailing support@hammertap.com.
