What should I do if I get an "Expired License Key message?"

There are many possible causes for the error message "Your license key has expired."

If you are on a monthly subscription and receive this message, please contact technical support.  The license key may be needing an update or technical support may assign you a new license key.

If you are paying a yearly subscription fee, most likely you will need to renew your yearly subscription.  If you have received this in error, please contact technical support.

Please provide the license key you have been assigned when contacting technical support.
