If HammerTap support requests a screenshot of the problem and you don't know what that is or how to send it, please follow the instructions below.
To take a screenshot, open the program that we are helping you troubleshoot and run it until you get to the screen where you are experiencing the problem. When you have the problem screen showing hit the key up by the F12 key that is labeled "PrtScn" or something similar to that. This is the Print Screen key and it basically just copies the screen as you are seeing it the moment that you hit it. Then go into any word processing or drawing program, right click on the blank page and select paste. Save the image and send it as an attachment in an email. This will help technical support troubleshoot the problem, being able to see what is happening. |
