How can I find Internet Security Programs like Firewalls and Anti-virus applications?

These types of things can cause error messages like "Access Violation" or "Cannot Connect to Server."

Hover your mouse in the bottom right corner and look for Norton Symantec, McAfee, PC-Cillin, AOL Safety and Security Center, ZoneAlarm, Panda Internet Security, or anything that says Firewall, Internet Security, or Anti-Virus.  If you are not able to find an icon with those names, click Start - Then go to All Programs and look in that list for these types of applications.

These types of Firewalls and Anti-virus programs have been known to have issues with HammerTap connecting to the Internet.  Please contact technical support if you assistance with this or configuring/disabling any that you find.
