Why does the program crash while it is starting up?

We are temporarily experiencing technical difficulties, the server will be up as soon as possible.

This error is typically caused by a firewall, which is blocking DeepAnalysis from accessing the Internet.
A good way to test this is to *temporarily* disable the firewall and try running DeepAnalysis again.
If this error still doesn't go away, please contact HammerTap Support at support@hammertap.com.

If the error does go away, you'll need to configure your firewall so that DeepAnalysis is allowed to access the Internet.
Please see the documentation for your firewall software or contact the manufacturer for instructions.
